By donation. All contributions benefit the St Francis de Sales Outreach Center to benefit our neighbors in West Philadelphia.

In the hectic pace of the holiday season, our mantra may become "not enough." We may tell ourselves we do not have enough time, enough money, or enough talent to manifest what we desire. This conviction depletes us.

Thanksgiving Donation Class at Practice Yoga

Practice Yoga at 4th and Bainbridge will be having its 8th annual Thanksgiving donation class on 11/25 at 10 am. It's a I/II (less than intermediate, not beginner) class. Ellen will be teaching and all funds will go to Philabundance. For more information, visit practiceyogastudio.com.

Feel Good Friday: Free Yoga at Penn Women's Center

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating FREE yoga session.  Jason from Studio 34 will lead participants through a yoga session that will support anyone's level.  All are welcome, including people who are new to yoga.  Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch your muscles, learn about your body, and find a sense of calm and relaxation through your breath.
