Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating FREE yoga session.  Jason from Studio 34 will lead participants through a yoga session that will support anyone's level.  All are welcome, including people who are new to yoga.  Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch your muscles, learn about your body, and find a sense of calm and relaxation through your breath.

Mats will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
